With reference to the notice to shareholders of February 9, 2021 (the “Original notice”), We hereby inform you that the changes described in this notice will be made in relation to the Sub-Fund on May 14, 2021.

Thus, from May 14, 2021:

  • the Sub-Fund will change its name to Xtrackers Bloomberg Commodity Swap UCITS ETF;

  • the Sub-Fund’s benchmark index will become Bloomberg Commodity Index Total Return 3 Month Forward;

  • the Currency Hedged Share Class will follow the Benchmark Index (which is not hedged);

  • State Street Bank & Trust Company, London Branch will be appointed as the “Currency Hedge Manager” for the Sub-Fund;

  • the reference currency of the Sub-Fund will be changed from EUR to USD (for the avoidance of doubt, the currency of the Share Class remains unchanged);

  • the Sub-Fund’s Cut-off Time will be changed from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Luxembourg time on the relevant Dealing Day.

  • the expected level of Tracking Error disclosed for Currency Hedged Share Classes will represent the expected level of Tracking Error of the Fund’s unhedged Share Classes against the Benchmark Index.

Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings given to them in the Company’s prospectus (the “Prospectus“).
